Tutte le schede madri della serie ASUS P5K e P5K3 supportano la rivoluzionaria Super Memspeed Technology, un’avanzata tecnologia, che garantisce incredibili performance, indipendentemente dalle specifiche DRAM e dai margini di overclocking. Le nuove schede madri firmate ASUS offrono prestazioni sempre superiori alle soluzioni concorrenti e rappresentano per l’utente un investimento sicuro, in grado persino di sfondare il rapporto di proporzione tra FSB e DRAM per portare il valore di CAS Latency da 7 a 10. Grazie al supporto nativo DDR3 1333 e alla Super Memspeed Technology, le schede serie P5K3 sono in grado di raggiungere in overclocking valori fino a 2032MHz, assicurando, quindi, un incremento prestazionale fino al 90,6%, mentre la serie P5K può raggiungere valori di 1400MHz con moduli di memoria DDR2.
Le nuove schede madri ASUS sono equipaggiate poi con funzionalità AI Slot Detector, una tecnologia che consente agli utenti di capire se i device PCIe e PCI sono inseriti e installati correttamente negli appositi slot. E’ sufficiente collegare il cavo d’alimentazione e, senza la necessità di accendere il PC o lanciare il sistema operativo, i LED integrati permettono di verificare immediatamente se le schede sono correttamente inserite.
