Una capienza di questo tipo è stata ottenuta grazie a moduli da 2 Gbytes ciascuno, pertanto il kit da 8 Gbytes è composto da 4 moduli nel complesso.
Le memorie, modello PC2-5400 Titanium AM2 Special, operano alla frequenza di clock di 667 MHz, in abbinamento a timings pari a 5-5-5-15: si tratta di specifiche non di certo spinte, ma allineate a quelle delle altre memorie DDR2 da 2 Gbytes di capacità per modulo disponibili sul mercato.
